Account Executive / Sales Recruiter

Office Location: Canton, MA

Base Salary + Commissions, health benefits, 401K, company laptop, expense account and Sandler Sales Training. We also offer residual income on existing accounts.
Average 1st Year Earnings: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00
Average 2nd Year Earnings: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00
Average 3rd Year Earnings: $95,000.00+

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A 4 year degree in a business related field, GPA 3.0 or higher.
  • 2 - 7 years of solid selling experience as a Top Producer with proven results, i.e. Brag book with sales numbers and rankings; evidence showing you ranked in the top 10%.
  • 3 jobs or less since college graduation.
  • Looking for someone that has been in a highly competitive sales position, responsible for all aspects of the sale from the initial cold call to the closing.
  • From a company that has a structured training process with an aggressive sales cycle in a competitive market, i.e. Copier Sales, Uniform Sales, Payroll Sales, Telecom Sales, etc.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, high intelligence and energy level, exceptional communication skills.
  • Someone with an aptitude for career development, likes to read sales books, intelligent, focused, ambitious, and driven.

Interns:

We are looking for hard working, intelligent, goal oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, team oriented environment. Someone that has a strong interest in the Sales and Staffing Industry that would potentially qualify for an internal position or would use the experience gained to apply to a career in Professional Sales. Must have outgoing, friendly, adaptable personality. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to business success. All of our team members must provide world class service to clients, act with the highest amount of professionalism, and express the highest sense of urgency.

As an intern at Target Consulting Group, you will assist the Senior Account Executive with the following responsibilities:

  • Recruit through various sources, including the Internet, referrals, career fairs, cold calling, and direct mail.
  • Interview and screen candidates.
  • Coach candidates for job interviews, securing a position, and negotiating salary.
  • Consult with clients to provide staffing solutions.
  • Resolve client customer service issues.
  • Analyze and critique resumes.
  • Attend and assist with career fairs.
  • Prospect new business.
  • Learn the latest advancements in Recruiting Techniques and Strategies, Sales Training, Human Resource Management, and Customer Service.
  • Assist in all administrative duties and marketing efforts.
